I was born in Puerto Rico where I attended Colegio San José, a Catholic college preparatory school. After graduating in 1974, I went to Milwaukee, Wisonsin to attend Marquette University, a Jesuit institution. I spent my last year of college in Madrid, Spain, where I met my wife, Bobbi. We got married in Phoenix in 1979. I went on to do post graduate work at Arizona State University and Princeton University. We lived in New Orleans for five years where we enjoyed the good food and music that wonderful city has to offer. We lived in Virginia for 12 years where we started our family: Benjamin, Bianca, and Brianna. We recently relocated back to Arizona to be closer to family and enjoy its wonderful weather and natural wonders.
